3-questions-that-will-start-a-powerful-conversation-with-your-body-2This week I did something new and fun!

I texted everyone on my Nourished Woman Nation text list and offered a free 15-minute consult to the first 10 people who responded!

(If you’re not on that list and want to be…simply text the word: NOURISH to 617-500-1922)

You might not think you can get into a lot of juicy conversation in 15 minutes, but that’s just not true at all!

When it comes to talking about our relationship to food and body women have A LOT to say!

We know what’s working in our relationship to our food and body and we know what’s NOT!

So in the conversations I had, we were able to dive right into how to create a more positive and healthy relationship.

I want to encourage you to start this conversation with yourself!

The reality is that we make time to talk to our kids, our partners, our friends, our colleagues and more…but with ourselves and our body – NOT SO MUCH 🙁

What I’m interested in, is having you take the time to talk more intimately with yourself – specifically with your body.

SHE HAS A LOT TO SAY!

So let’s start the conversation (and if you want to continue it with support, be sure to join the Nourished Woman Nation)

Here are the 3 questions to ask your body…

Dear body…
  • What works for you?
  • What doesn’t work for you?
  • How can we do more of what works?
I’d love to hear what came up for you. You can let me know right here in the comments section.
Please know, this is a conversation opener, there’s more to say and explore within your relationship with your body, but this is a good beginning.
