There’s no way around it, feeling out of control with your food feels crappy. And not just crappy because you’ve eaten beyond your body’s “I’m full” signal, and your tummy doesn’t feel good – it goes much deeper than the physical level.

When we’re feeling out of control with food, we can tend to feel emotionally demoralized! Like “what the heck is wrong with me that yet again, I couldn’t stop when I was full!”, or “I was powerless in the face of those brownies!” or “I knew I was eating to stuff my feelings down, but I just couldn’t control myself!

And then our response to all these “ugh” physical and emotional feelings is often to crank up our food-control efforts.

We try a new diet, or make up some new personal deadline to try to motivate our self-control and will power.

These efforts may work in the short term – a week or two – but long term – nada. We end up feeling demoralized once again.

I want to tell you that there’s another way that is WAY better.

Watch this 2 minute video, so I can share with you a more nourishing and sustainable approach.
