I really wish that when I was growing up, there had been Psychology of Eating Coaches.

All there was when I was struggling with my weight, hating my body, and trying to live my life according to a zillion written and unwritten food rules was MORE food rules in the form of the latest diet.

For me to create peace with my body and food I needed to be exploring the deeper issues.

  • Why was I eating?
  • What was my food story and how was it still ruling my life?
  • How was I eating?
  • What part of me was making all the food decisions?

I needed to really delve into my relationship with food and body.

I now know, that to create a truly positive and healthy relationship with your food/body, you need to work on the level of mindset and emotions in addition to food and lifestyle. That’s what makes a real and sustainable shift.

What lights me up so much about my work as a Psychology of Eating Coach is that I get to work on these deeper and impactful levels.
