6 easy summer recipes

In my kitchen, summer is a time for easy meals. I tend to do more assembling of healthy ingredients than actually full-out baking and cooking.

Here are 5 recipes that I whip up in a snap for treats and snacks, and one luscious summer “coffee” drink  that will help you ease away from the sugary iced-coffee habit that can be so alluring when it’s hot outside.
