I’m not a believer in diets for three reasons:
- I’ve tried hundreds, and they’ve never helped me release weight in a permanent way.
- I’ve worked with hundreds of women who have been deeply demoralized and lost trust in their body by doing countless diets that “failed.”
- The Statistics (they don’t lie):
- 95% of diets fail, and most dieters will regain their lost weight in 1-5 years
- Up to 50 percent of all women are on a diet at any given time (what a big waste of our energy!!!)
- The diet industry makes 20 Billion annually (what’s the real motivation here – your money or your health?)
Diets don’t work. However – and it may surprise you – there is ONE diet I recommend to ALL women.
