      SELF-SANCTUARY unfolds over four restorative hours. While we won’t give away every detail, here’s a glimpse into aspects of our flow:

      • Movement: Gentle, intentional movement to awaken and soothe your body. This is accessible for all levels of ability.

      • Water: We’ll tap into the healing and restorative powers of nature and flow with water rituals. There will be options for you to choose from and there’s no-need for any fancy set up or equipment – you already have what you need in your home.

      • Rest: Deep relaxation practices to ease your mind and body.

      • Nourishment: Time to savor a meal or snack, with recipes provided to make it easy and nourishing.

      • Self-Reflection: Guided journaling and quiet moments to reconnect with your inner self.

      • Community: There will be time to connect as a community, but the focus and priority of our time is YOU and your time with YOURSELF!

      WHO AM I?

      I am your body’s greatest advocate. For over 30 years, I’ve guided women in ending the battle with their bodies, helping them find peace within themselves so they can feel truly at ease with food and at home in their bodies.

      I’m Nina Manolson, M.A., a Body-Relationship Therapist, the founder of Body-Peace®, and a dedicated Body-Peace Coach. I’m also a Certified Psychology of Eating Teacher, Body-Trust Guide and Certified Intuitive Eating Coach.
