Body-Peace Keepers is a fully-supported 12-month experience for women ready to stop living at war with their bodies…
Together, in small groups and one-on-one,
you’ll learn to build a relationship of deep trust, compassion, and ease with the body you live in.
You’ve spent years managing, fixing,
or criticizing your body.
You’ve tried being “good.”
You’ve tried letting go.
But what if the answer isn’t
in trying harder or giving up?
What if there’s a completely different way
to relate to your body?
💌 A Note from Nina
If you’ve ever felt at war with your body — fighting food, fighting the mirror, fighting the changes that come with time — I see you.
I’ve been there too.
For decades, I lived in that exhausting push-pull: wanting to care for my body, but constantly feeling like she wasn’t “enough.”
I know how heavy it feels to carry that battle every single day.
Body-Peace Keepers was born out of that knowing — and out of the deep belief that peace is possible.
This space is for you if you’re ready to stop managing your body and start being in relationship with her.
If you want to feel at home in your skin, to eat with ease, to trust your body’s wisdom, and to move through life with more compassion than criticism — this is your place.
I do this work because I’ve seen what happens when women make peace with their bodies:
they come alive again. They take up space. They reclaim joy.
That’s the revolution of Body-Peace.
And it starts with you.
With love,
Nina
This isn’t about rah-rah body positivity slogans.
It’s about doing the real, deep work of healing your body relationship –
with the guidance, tools, and support you were never taught to have.
“Maybe I’m not broken after all?”
I’ve always struggled with feeling ‘unworthy’ and eating my feelings. Still working on this… but not feeling so alone anymore. If all these amazing, beautiful, accomplished women are on the same path… maybe I’m not broken either?
Nina has a broad range of knowledge on all things food and body—and you know she’s been there herself. I used to feel like my relationship to food and my body was too weird or unique for anyone to understand—but Nina gets me.
She’s there with compassion, an answer, and no shame. And if that answer didn’t work… she had another. And another. Nina is a partner and tutor in helping me speak this new language of body love and acceptance.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You’re done with diet culture, but not yet at peace with your body

You want to stop obsessing about food and weight – you’re done wasting your brain space

You’re craving sustainable, embodied change—not another short-term fix

You’ve maybe even tried intuitive eating (and a hundred other things) but still feel stuck in self-judgment

You want a space that’s non-performative, real, and deeply nourishing
What You’ll Gain

There’s an actual MAP!
A map to Body-Peace
This process is grounded in the Body-Peace® Map –
a proven framework to help you understand
where you are in your body relationship and how to move toward feeling truly at home.
Most women live in a mix of:
-
Body-Hate (shame, self-criticism)
-
Body-Management (fixing, dieting, willpower)
But there’s another path:
-
Body-Awareness
-
Body-Compassion
-
and most importantly – Body-Peace (it’s WAY more powerful and sustainable than Body-Love!)
You’ll use this map throughout the year to orient, grow, and come home to yourself.

“Who knew my body was talking to me?”
Before I started on my body-peace path with Nina and the other women, I was a scale worshiper. I thought my day wasn’t going to be a good one unless my magic number was within reach. I was obsessed with food—even though I knew the “right” things to eat, I was always “sneaking” in the forbidden things. Not a very pretty way to live.
When I started working with Nina, I started to hear my body. Who knew my body was talking to me!
My body image is changing—I’m happy with my body. When I look in the mirror, I’m not trying to change it. My doctor is happy with my blood results, I feel great…what could be bad!
I LOVE my group It’s so comforting to be with other women who’ve spent too much of their lives trying to change, correct, or eliminate parts of their body—instead of nourishing it. The bond we share is the common ground—and Nina is the guide that supports us in having a better relationship with our body.

Meet Nina Manolson, Founder of Body-Peace®
For over 30 years, I’ve been walking alongside women as they navigate their relationship with food and their body. And through all those years, one truth has become clear: lasting change comes from three essential ingredients—support, community, and a clear, compassionate path.
We’re not meant to do this work alone. It’s time to release the pressure of “figuring it out” by ourselves and relax into real, nourishing support.
It’s time to stop chasing quick fixes and rigid plans, and instead walk a path that’s sustainable, kind, and rooted in your wisdom. And it’s so much easier—and more powerful—when we do it in community.
I’m the founder of Body-Peace®, a deeply transformative approach that’s helped hundreds of women feel truly at home in their bodies. My work is rooted in training and certifications in the Psychology of Eating, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intuitive Eating, Body Trust®, and more—but it’s my decades of experience holding space for women that make this work what it is: practical, powerful, and profoundly personal.
If you’re ready to stop fighting your body and start truly listening, you’re in the right place.
“I’ve found self-compassion and a greater peace with my body”
I’ve suffered with disordered eating for 50+ years and have tried so many things to change hoping to find happiness. The Body Peace Keepers program is putting it all together for me in a way that’s finally life changing. I always thought it was about weight and food. But, I’ve found self-compassion and a greater peace with my body than I’ve ever know. Nina’s teaching and her ability to help us unpack our issues is profound. I’m learning all the time and the food part seems to be falling into a more normal place. The appointments to meet with Nina and the group are the most important ones on my calendar!
Why This Works (When Everything Else Hasn’t)
This isn’t about controlling your behavior or forcing change. It’s about shifting the relationship you have with your body.
Because when your inner voice softens, when you tune in instead of override,
when you stop managing and start listening—everything changes.
And when you do it with a circle of women walking the same path? The change goes deeper.

FAQs
Q: How long is this program?
Body-Peace® Keepers is a year-long experience — because this kind of transformation takes time.
Real, sustainable change isn’t quick or surface-level. It’s about slowly, gently re-weaving trust with your body and food — and that can’t be rushed.
Most women find that over the course of the year, they shift from years (or decades) of self-criticism into genuine connection and ease.
Q: Why a whole year?
Think about the last time you made a change that truly lasted — it likely took time, support, and consistency.
A year gives us the space to move through the seasons of your life, notice patterns, integrate new ways of relating to your body, and truly embody this work.
It’s not about “doing it perfectly” — it’s about being supported long enough for new habits of compassion and self-trust to take root.
Q: Can I do it for a shorter length of time?
The commitment is a full year, but payments are made monthly.
That structure helps you stay supported without feeling pressured.
This work is tender and deep — it’s not about quick results, it’s about creating a relationship with your body that actually lasts.
The year also lets us deepen and connect as a group of support, connection and inspiration!
Q: How we often do we meet?
We meet three times each month on Zoom — with a replay if you need to miss a session.
Our circles are intimate (never more than eight women), so everyone has space to be seen and supported.
One of our monthly gatherings is a book group, where we read slowly and deeply to reinforce the inner work we’re doing together.
These conversations become rich, reflective, reinforcing and full of big A-HA’s!
Q: Do I get any benefits or extras by being in the group?
Absolutely. Along with our live sessions, you’ll receive:
✨ Access to a WhatsApp group for ongoing connection and gentle accountability.
✨ Self-Sanctuary retreats — offered three times a year.
✨ Full access to all my signature programs, including Compassionate Eating, Body-Peace Basics, and the Body-Listening Lab.
You can also choose your level of individual coaching with me:
-
Group-only
-
Group + one individual session per month (recommended, especially when starting out)
-
Group + two individual sessions per month (ideal if you know you need extra space to unpack your personal food-body story)
These one-on-one sessions allow us to focus more deeply on your unique journey.
Q: How do I know how much individual support I need?
If you tend to process best with space and personal attention, start with two sessions a month.
If you’re ready to integrate what happens in group into your daily life with regular check-ins, one session a month is wonderful.
You have options! Plus you can change your option if you want more or less support during the year.
-
Group only
-
Group + one individual session per month
-
Group + two individual sessions per month
Either way, we’ll talk it through together before you join — I’ll help you choose what best supports your growth.
You can only enroll in this program by having a personal conversation with me. That way, we can make sure it’s a good fit and decide together how much support feels right for where you’re at.
Q: Will this work for me? I’ve tried so many other things.
You’re not alone — most women who join have “tried everything.”
What makes Body-Peace® Keepers different is that it’s not about willpower or rules.
It’s about relationship.
We move away from trying to control your body and toward listening to her.
This is deep healing work that meets you where you are — with compassion, honesty, and community.
Q: Can I do this if I’m on a GLP-I drug (like Ozempic or Zepbound)
Yes, absolutely.
If you’re on one of these medications, your hunger cues may feel quieter — which makes this work even more important.
You still have a body, and she still needs care and nourishment. Plus, your body may be changing and so how you feel about yourself and your body is changing – you are going through a body-relationship shift — and that deserves support!
Together, we’ll help you tune into your more subtle body signals, rebuild body-trust, and find a way of eating that’s truly responsive to you.
Q: Is there some secret diet inside this program?
Nope. No hidden rules. No “plan.” No restriction.
This is not a diet program — it’s a body-relationship program.
We don’t tell you what to eat. We help you learn how to listen to your body’s wisdom so food becomes a source of nourishment, not stress.
Q: What’s included? Are there any hidden fees or other things I have to register for
A: It’s comprehensive, I’ve got you!
Everything you need is included. There are no hidden fees, surprise add-ons, or extra registrations.
What you see is what you get — a full year of group and individual support, powerful community, and access to all Body-Peace® programs.
What Women in the Body-Peace® Keepers Say:
“Nina provides us all with a place to recover.”
There is nothing more healing than being seen and understood. That has been my experience in the groups Nina leads. She has a remarkable ability to meet each member where they are with awareness, kindness, and honesty. By creating this curative sanctuary, Nina provides us all with a place to recover.
“I only wish I’d found Nina years ago.”
Before joining Body-Peace Keepers, I struggled to eat healthy foods in healthy amounts. I was disconnected from what I was putting into my body and constantly berating myself.
I hadn’t realized how far my body and mind had drifted apart. I’ve always thought of myself as self-aware—but this process has helped me become aware from my nose to my toes.
This is true relearning. It’s not a diet—it’s about quieting the harsh inner voice, honoring what my body truly wants, and giving myself permission not to be perfect. There’s no end goal, just an ongoing retooling of how I think and relate to myself.
Nina is amazing. She models compassion so beautifully—teaching us how to be kind to ourselves by being kind with us. She listens deeply and helps us learn to listen, too. Her voice is one I’m grateful to carry in my head.
I only wish I’d found Nina years ago. Thank you!
“I only wish I’d found Nina years ago.”
Body image, body relationship, body weight— I’ve struggled with them all.
Body-Peace Keepers has helped me gently unravel old, unhelpful patterns around eating and begin to build a kinder, more responsive relationship with my body.
I’m learning to nourish and honor myself in a way that feels relaxed and natural.
To stop trying to manage my body—and instead be in conversation with it.
To trust it.
To love it.
Working with Nina feels like being wrapped in a warm, cozy blanket—safe, seen, and deeply cared for.
It’s that rare place where I can exhale and feel, “Ahhh… all is right with the world, in this moment.”
“Nina has a broad range of knowledge on all things food and body.”
I’ve always struggled with feeling ‘unworthy’ and eating my feelings. Still working on this…but not feeling so alone! If all of the amazing, beautiful, accomplished women are on this same Body-Peace path…maybe I am not broken either??
Nina has a broad range of knowledge on all things food and body, and you know she has been there herself. There have been many times when I have felt like there just wasn’t an answer for me, that my relationship to food and my body was too weird or unique for anyone to ‘get me’ but Nina has been there. She’s there with compassion, an answer, and no shame. She is a partner and a tutor in helping me speak this new language of body love and acceptance.”
“Nina has been a wise and gifted guide.”
As I navigate the challenges of truly knowing myself—and understanding my patterns around food—Nina has been a wise and gifted guide.
Body-Peace Keepers is about nourishment, not punishment.
It’s part meditation, part therapy, and deeply supported by a circle of open, expressive women walking this same path.
Through this work, I’ve fully realized that obsession with dieting and restriction doesn’t serve me—it only keeps me stuck.
Working with Nina and the Body-Peace Keepers community has been a precious gift.
“It’s not just about food—it’s about finally caring for myself.”
I joined because I wanted to lose weight and be healthier—but what I’ve found is so much deeper.
This program has taught me to:
• be patient with myself
• nourish my body in new ways
• listen to what my body is asking for
• love myself and my body
• go deeper into caring and learning about myself
It’s a safe place to share and grow. I’ve discovered I’m not alone—other women share the same struggles.
Through private calls, Nina helps guide me toward where I want to be. I’m amazed by what I’m learning about myself.
Food isn’t the only key. I’ve realized I need to face the deep emotions from my past so I don’t use food as a cover-up. This is a journey of patience, learning, and real love.
Nina is down-to-earth, wise, and truly cares. I’m learning how to love my body—and my life.
