BodyHome is a

a 3-week, live-on-zoom engaging experience for

women navigating a changing body who are tired of trying to fix it and ready to find steadiness, clarity, and a different way to relate to themselves.

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

Your body is changing.
And it can feel like the ground is shifting underneath you.

What used to work… doesn’t.
What used to feel familiar… doesn’t.

You catch your reflection and feel that drop…
You’re getting dressed and nothing feels right…
Your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.

No one ever taught us how to be in a changing body—
without trying to get it back to what it was.

So when things shift,
we try to fix it…
or we pull away.

BodyHome is where you learn how to stay—
and begin to experience more ease, more steadiness,
more of a sense of home in your body.

Over these 3 weeks, you won’t just “learn”—you’ll experience real shifts:

  • Feel less thrown by what’s happening in your body
The same changes are there—but they don’t take you down in the same way.
  • Understand your reactions instead of judging them
Including the parts of you that resist, push, or feel upset about change.
  • Have a way to be with body-grief
So the sadness doesn’t run the whole experience.
  • Respond to food, hunger, and cravings with more clarity
Not perfectly—but with more steadiness and less second-guessing.
  • Stop trying to “get back” to a past version of your body
And start building a relationship with the body you have now.
  • Experience moments of “I can be here.”
Even if everything isn’t resolved. Even if your body is still changing.

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

and on your own side in your body.

BodyHome is a

a 3-week, live-on-zoom engaging experience
for women navigating body changes in midlife and beyond

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Nina Manolson, Body-Peace® founder & coach.

I am your body’s greatest advocate. For 30 years, I’ve helped women end the war with their bodies to make peace inside themselves so they feel truly relaxed with food and at home in their body..

If your body feels unfamiliar right now…for whatever reason..

  • Your clothes fit differently and nothing feels quite right
  • Your hunger, energy, or sleep feels unpredictable
  • You keep thinking: What is happening to me?
  • You find yourself slipping into fixing, controlling, or blaming

This is the moment where so many women turn against themselves.

I want to invite you into something different.

A way to be in relationship with your body—
not fixing it,
fighting it,
or leaving yourself when things change.

Because at this stage of life, staying in body-angst costs too much — too much of your precious time and emotional energy.

I want to open the door for you...

To stay.
To listen.
To respond.

To find your footing again, right here, in the body you have now.

You don’t have to do this on your own.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

You may need BodyHome if...

  • ⚔️ You feel like you’re at war with your body—or frustrated with how it’s changing

  • 🗣️ Your inner voice gets louder, more critical, or more urgent as your body shifts

  • 🛑 You pull away from your body when it feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or out of your control

  • 😔 You feel discouraged or exhausted trying to figure out what your body needs now

  • 🍽️ Food feels confusing, inconsistent, or harder to navigate than it used to

  • 🔄 You keep trying to get back to how your body used to be—but it’s not working

  • 🪞 Your body feels unfamiliar—maybe bigger or smaller—and you’re still caught in the chatter that something about your body needs fixing

If these feel familiar, you’re not doing anything wrong.

You just haven’t been shown another way yet.

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

We’ve been taught to either control our body—or give up on it.

Push harder… or pull away from yourself.

Neither actually helps you feel steady and connected to yourself in your body.

The way to feel

at HOME IN YOUR BODY

is not by fixing your body.

But by building a way of relating to it
that actually holds you through change.

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

This is not:

  • Another way to fix your body
  • A mindset reset where you “just think differently”
  • A body-love expectation you can’t live up to
  • This is NOT passive learning.

This is:

  • A way to stay in relationship with your body as it changes
  • A practical shift out of the fix-it loop
  • A steadier, kinder, more responsive way to live in your body
  • This IS relationship-building - with yourself - in real time.

Many of us are living inside bodies that are changing in real time.

  • Aging
  • Medications (causing weight loss or weight gain)
  • Hormones shifting
  • Health challenges
  • Stress!
  • & big life transitions

And alongside those changes, something else often arrives:

  • Confusion
  • Grief
  • Frustration
  • A quiet sense of disorientation

The body you once understood… no longer feels the same.

So many women wonder—often silently:

How do I feel at home with my body when it feels like it’s changing underneath me?

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

      BodyHome offers a different way

      • Instead of trying to stop the changes…you learn how to be with your body through them.
      • Instead of reacting with panic or pressure… you develop a steadier, more responsive relationship.
      • Instead of feeling like your body is the problem… you begin to experience it as something you can live inside again.

      You don’t just learn these.

You experience and practice them—in real time, with support.

Because this isn’t just about your body. It’s about how you live inside it.

The tone of your inner voice. The level of ease (or tension) you carry each day. The way you move through food, mirrors, clothes, and your own thoughts.

When your relationship with your body shifts, everything softens.

The 8 things BodyHome Can help you do....

When you learn how to be with your body as it changes, you’ll notice shifts that are both practical and deeply felt:

      1. STEP OUT OF THE FIX-IT LOOP:

The pressure to correct, shrink, or get back to a past body loosens. You’re no longer constantly trying to make your body be different.

      2. FIND YOUR BEARINGS IN A CHANGING BODY:

You understand what’s changing (and what it means for you), so you’re not stuck in confusion or chasing outdated rules.

      3. MOVE WITH BODY-GRIEF (NOT AGAINST IT):

You can acknowledge the losses and changes without getting swallowed by them—so grief moves, instead of taking over.

      4. LIVE IN YOUR NOW-BODY:

You make choices based on the body you have now—not a past version or an imagined one—so your care actually fits your life.

      5. LESS CULTURE, MORE YOU:

The noise of anti-aging, anti-weight-gain, and “do it right” messaging has less pull. You’re less easily hijacked by it.

      6. FIND YOUR FOOD RHYTHM IN THIS BODY:

You navigate hunger, fullness, and cravings in the body you’re in now—with less second-guessing and more steadiness.

      7. GET ON YOUR OWN SIDE:

Your inner stance shifts. You’re less against your body—and more able to support yourself through change.

      8. A WAY TO STAY & ADAPT WITH YOURSELF:

You leave with a way of relating that adapts as your body continues to change—so you’re not starting over each time it does.

These results don’t just change how you feel about your body—they change how you live in it.

Feel at home in your body—even as it changes.

I’ve spent decades helping women move out of body-war and into a more compassionate, steady relationship with themselves.

And what I see over and over again is this:

      Body change isn’t the problem.

Not knowing how to be with ourselves through it is.

That’s what BodyHome is here to support.

Each week offers a new layer of understanding and a practical tool you can put into practice right away.

The process builds gently but powerfully—so by the end, you’ll not only have insight,

but also a roadmap for living Body-Peace® with greater confidence, ease, and compassion.

      Aging isn’t just physical—it’s relational.

MEET NINA, founder of Body-Peace® and BodyHome

For over 30 years, I’ve helped women step out of the fight with their bodies
and into something steadier, more honest, and more sustainable.

My work sits at the intersection of therapy, relationship with your body, and real lifebecause this isn’t just about how you think about your body. It’s about how you live in it.

And I know this territory personally.

I know what it’s like to feel at odds with your body
and not know how to come back.

This might be where you are now...

      • Trying to get back to how your body used to be
      • Living in a different-sized body and still not feeling at ease
      • Questioning every food choice
      • Feeling thrown off by changes you don’t understand
      • Noticing the outside may have changed… but the inside still feels unsettled
      • Feeling like you “should” feel better in your body by now… but don’t
      • Starting the day determined… and ending it frustrated
      • Even unconvinced that anything can work because you've tried it all!

      That’s where we begin.

      YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER STRATEGY

You don’t need a better plan....because that’s exhausting and painfully demoralizing.

And staying in the body-angst cycle at this stage of life just costs too much of your inner well-being.

      In BodyHome, I help you:

      Stop chasing your past body
Understand what your current body is really asking for
Respond with respect instead of react with disdain
Find steadiness with food, emotions, and change
Stay in relationship with yourself—even when it’s hard

This isn’t about getting you back to who you were.

It’s about helping you find your footing
in the body you have now.

      So you can:

      Stay.
      Respond.
      Feel more at home again.

You don't have to figure this out alone!

P.S. If part of you is thinking,
“but what if this doesn’t work for me…
      I’ve already tried everything”

      That’s not a problem.

That’s actually the place we begin.
