Listening to my body has been eye opening!
This lab was short but powerful and connected the dots between my desire to improve my self-image, love who I am and treat myself the best I can. Indeed, love who I am now. Days later I am still processing what we talked about and feeling the impact. I am thankful that this program came to me now.

Through the Body Listening Lab, Nina taught an easily implemented practice that has enabled me to tune into my body’s messages and learn it’s language. As someone who tended to “stay in my head” so much of the time, this gentle and friendly practice has helped me learn to inhabit my whole body and relax. I am so grateful to have found Nina and for the opportunity to take the Lab.
Welcome to the Body-Listening Lab.
This is an interactive, get-in-and-get-practicing program. It’s not a sit and listen event.
You’ll Walk Away With:
The ability to recognize and trust your body’s hunger and fullness cues
Clarity about what you’re really hungry for (it’s not always food)
A felt sense of calm around eating—not because you followed rules, but because you listened

Here’s what we’ll focus on:
SESSION 1: Tuning In – How Body-Listening actually happens

- Learn the foundational body-listening practice that opens the door to clearer communication with your body – so that you can make decisions from a place of inner wisdom
- Map your personal body-communication style—how your body uniquely “talks” to you – so that you can trust what you’re hearing
- Learn to recognize both soft whispers and loud signals – because they both have a very unique and specific message for you.
SESSION 2: Trusting Hunger & Fullness

- Claim your own experience of fullness—what it feels like and what gets in the way of honoring it – so you can leave the table feeling comfortable.
- Catch hunger early – so that you can respond with care before reaching emergency mode at the table
- Build confidence in your body’s natural start-and-stop rhythms – so that getting in the kitchen or putting down the fork doesn’t feel like a battle
SESSION 3: Understanding Cravings & Emotions

- Decode what your cravings are really asking for – so that you can meet your true needs
- Welcome desire as body wisdom rather than something to resist – because your desires are one of your master-teachers
- Learn to identify and navigate the 5 most challenging emotions that often shape your cravings, hunger, and eating rhythms
SESSION 4: Making Attuned Food Choices

- Design YOUR “at-the-table” body-listening practices that supports body respect and works for YOUR body – so that you’re not following someone else’s rules
- Discover how to make food choices that feel aligned with what truly nourishes your body.
- Walk away with clear body-listening practices – so that you can maintain a lifetime of responsive relationship with your body

I am your body’s greatest advocate. For 25 years, I’ve helped women end the war with their bodies to make peace inside themselves and with those they love.
I’m Nina Manolson, M.A. I’m the founder of Body-Peace®. I’m also a Nutrition and Body-Relationship Therapist, Certified Psychology of Eating Teacher, Body-Trust Guide and therapist.

There will be replays available if you need to miss a session.
