Starting May 15th 2024, join us once a week for four weeks, beginning Wednesdays at noon Eastern / 9 am Pacific, as we delve into the heart of what it means to truly feel at home in your aging and changing body.

    I’m Nina Manolson, and I am your Body-Peace Guide…

    Hi! In case we’re new to each other, my name is Nina Manolson, and I’m thrilled to be your guide on this transformative journey.

    With over thirty years of experience guiding women on their own voyages toward Body-Peace, and as an aging woman myself, I understand the challenges that arise as we age.

    And I’ve also witnessed the immense power that comes from embracing the journey of reframing the narratives we’ve been taught about aging as women.

    As Emma Thompson once eloquently expressed, finding acceptance and liberation in our bodies is a journey worth embarking on. You hold the power to cultivate a loving relationship within yourself, to embrace your body as it is, and to find vitality in every moment.

    It doesn’t have to be this way, and I’m here to show you how.
