I’m a Body-Peace® Coach, and what that means is that I help women (mostly women over 40) end the war with food & body and finally feel at home in their skin – like really at home. I’ve been working with women and their relationship with their body for 30 years. I specialize in helping smart women who feel like already know what they “should” do to care for themselves, but struggle in actually nourishing themselves in the way they deserve.
I come to this work because feeling at home in my body and caring for my body well was not something that came naturally to me (at all!). This personal struggle became a professional passion when I became a therapist (MA in counseling), Psychology of Eating teacher & coach, Body-Trust® Guide and Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
