Every summer my kids, husband and I visit my mom at her cottage north of Toronto. While I’m there I get into a fabulous groove of doing Yoga on the deck every morning.
It’s bliss.
I want to share a bit of that bliss with you, and teach you how you can bring more joy and energy into each and every day. I’ll be taking it with me as we head back to city living in Boston.
