I’ve been getting some questions about the program, and I want to share them with you, because I thought you might have them too.

Q. I know the 21 Day Challenge is for moms, but really – I don’t have time to add one more thing – is this going to be a big time commitment?

A.  I’m a busy mom myself (and by the way, isn’t the phrase “busy mom” redundant – what mom isn’t busy?) I’ve designed this program to fit into a busy life. The 21 Day Smokin’ Hot Mom Challenge is all about fitting self-care into a full life.

Q. Is there a diet  involved in the 21 Day Challenge?

A. I don’t believe in diets. They don’t work. They always backfire. If you’re a dieter, you know the quick ride that goes from motivation to elation to sabotage to apathy. I believe in adding healthy foods into your life so that you can easily let go of the ones that don’t serve you. In the 21 Day Smokin’ Hot Mom Challenge, we’re going to focus first on adding energy food.

Q. What I really want, is to simply lose some weight…will your program help me with that?

A. The focus of the 21 Day Smokin’ Hot Mom Challenge is on deep nourishment in your whole life. It’s about YOU and what makes you feel Smokin’ Hot. The interesting thing that happens when you focus on yourself and respond to your own needs, is that you tend to not reach for the sugar or refined carbs as much. You don’t overeat or reward yourself with food as much. And when you let go of those habits, weight does come off. So, is the 21 Day Smokin’ Hot Mom Challenge a weight loss program? – No. Will you lose weight? – most likely.
