When we travel, it’s SO easy to grab whatever the airport, plane, museum, train has to offer us. But it just doesn’t feel very nourishing, does it?
We often come back from traveling feeling a bit “off.”
- Our digestion is slowed down
- We’re tired
- We might feel like our tummy is bloated
- We may also know that we just haven’t fed ourselves in the way we truly deserve (and need!).
The key to feeling good when you travel, is thinking ahead and prioritizing yourself! It’s not hard – really!
To help you out, I’ve created a super practical checklist.
On it are the things that I use when I travel…including my favorite compression socks!
If you’ve never worn compression socks when you travel on a plane, I HIGHLY recommend it. I always have a pair in my handbag and put them on as soon as I get to my seat.
