It turns out that I’m not the only one who wants to be a Smokin’ Hot Mom!
Since I’ve launched the 21 Day Smokin’ Hot Mom Challenge, and announced the Free Kick Off Call: the 7 Steps to Being A Smokin’ Hot Mom, I’ve heard from many of you – telling me that you love the name of the program. Happily, lots of you have signed up! I can’t wait to get started and have you step into your Smokin’ Hot Self!
But what is it about the idea of being a Smokin’ Hot Mom that is so appealing? What exactly is a Smokin’ Hot Mom anyway (and why do we want to be her)?
There is a fabulous French expression: “Je me sens bien dans ma peau” which means “I feel good in my skin.” Doesn’t that sound lovely? – I feel good in my skin. Mmmmm.
That’s really what makes us feel smokin’ hot – feeling connected to ourselves and comfortable in our body.
A smokin’ hot mom:
- Emanates positive energy.
- Feels good in her body.
- Loves being a mom; her family is the most important thing to her, but she knows she’s also so much more than a mom.
- Is not trying to be anyone else; she is authentically herself.
- Nurtures others but doesn’t forget about herself.
- Has a healthy dose of selfishness.
- Is connected to her sensuality and sexuality.
- Loves herself, and that love radiates to all those around her.
