My sister-in-law Petra is one of the finest chefs I know. She’s one of those super-taster types that can tell you every spice that’s in any dish when she takes a tiny nibble. And she’s a mom of 3! So when she tells me she’s found a delicious easy healthy new recipe, my ears and tastebuds perk up.

She kindly allowed me to film her making this Easy Luscious Korean Spinach dish that I know you’ll love. It has the lovely fresh crunch of spinach, but the incredible dressing wilts it a bit, so it also feels like a comfort food!

Watch her make it here!

Here are the ingredients and  measurements as per Ani Phyo’s book. Petra used a bit more of everything, because we were feeding a crowd.

  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 2 tsp Tamari
  • 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped scallion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Here’s the link to Ani Phyo’s Raw Asia Cookbook

Enjoy!
