I’m a Health and Psychology of Eating Coach, I love all things healthy and vibrant-making. I help women make peace with their body and food. But before you put me in the category of super slim and fit, you should know that’s not the case.
I’m not one of those naturally slim women. I come from a family of “zaftig” women. Zaftig is a great yiddish word that means a full, rounded figure…technically “juicy.” I go up and down in my weight, and am in a constant conversation with my body about what she (my body) needs to feel it’s best.
I really had to work hard to move away from the “diet” and “restrictive” model of weight loss, and step into something that works better, feels better and tastes better!
Here’s my approach to feeling good in your body and losing weight!
Watch this 3 minute video (it’s brand new!), so I can share with you a more nourishing and sustainable approach.
