Just like superfoods and essential oils have been making there way to the mainstream marketplace, I know that mushrooms – especially more uncommon mushroom varieties are going to get more popular because mushrooms really are a superfood, In fact mushrooms are so powerful that many folks in my health circles talk about medicinal mushrooms that can help heal the body.
But you don’t have to know everything there is to know about mushrooms to reap the benefits.
However, there is one very specific bit of information that you DO need to know in order to soak up the benefits of mushrooms.
At my local winter Farmer’s Market, I talked to Chris from Mycoterra Farm. He told me exactly which mushroom makes great crab cakes and he shared with me one very important thing you MUST do before eating mushrooms.
Check it out right here…
How do you like to prepare your mushrooms? I’d love to hear!
