The business of weight is a racket
It sells the myth that you are flawed
It sells the dream that if you buy thinness,
you will succeed
in life
in love
in every way you ever imagined.
I’ve removed myself from the game of weight
My weight is now none of my business
My business now is nourishment
My focus is to care for myself deeply
Nourish myself in the way that I deserve every day
What I weigh is none of my business
I can trust my body to figure that part out.
The business that I want to get into and stay in, is the business of deep body listening and respect.
That’s a business worth investing in.
