Sounds great doesn’t it?
Well, the amazing thing is that this “network” already exists! Your body is constantly sending you Tweets and Facebook updates! But are you listening? Do you even know what language your body is speaking?

I really enjoy watching you short videos, where you are peacefully and candidly telling people about simple but inportant things. Many of us have forgotten about the regular necessity ot paying attention to body signals. We have forgotten that we can address the body and ask question like “How do you feel about this?” and only after having got the reply, can we act or consider the action. But we do everything vice versa and experience unfavourable sensations, feelings and discomfort.
