For two and a half years, it’s been a membership group – a place of authentic connecting with other women – who all want to step into a healthy and positive relationship with their food and body!
It’s also been a place where I’ve had the opportunity to be even more real and outspoken about what it really takes to feel good in our full (and busy!) lives – where so many of us are struggling to give ourselves the self-care we deserve.
