The purpose of this Get Acquainted session is to help you get clear about what you need, ensure that I am indeed the best person to help you and determine the next, best steps to take. The session is at no cost to you. However this is not an application for “free coaching”.

Before you book your get-acquainted session with me, I’d appreciate you taking a minute and looking at these statements & questions.

They will help you clarify where you are in your process of healing your relationship with your body and with food. The questions will give you a sense of your own readiness for the next step.
