I write Body-Peace® Poems because the predominant cultural conversation about our body and food is not adequate.

We’re told we either have “good” bodies or bodies that need “fixing”. We’re either being “good” or “bad”. We’re either doing it “right” or “wrong” – yuck…that doesn’t help us at all!

Our relationship with food & body needs more nuance, authenticity and depth. And the conversations we have about our food and body need that level of depth as well.

My Body-Peace® Poems are my way of unpacking how we feel and think about our food and body, so that we can step into a more trusting, respectful and compassionate relationship with ourselves.

My words (below) are are here for you to find an authentic and more supportive relationship with your body and food. Feel free to share them (with attribution please) and I love hearing how my words impact people, so please be in touch and let me know your thoughts and feelings.
