These truffles are so easy and delicious!

Blend thoroughly in a food processor:
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 4 pitted dates (Medjool dates are my favorite)
- 1 or 2 tablespoons cacao – depending on how chocolaty you like your sweets.
