This is my favorite Green Smoothie Recipe!

  • 1 cup of organic green veg- I like spinach or bok choy
  • 1/2 large organic celery stalk
  • 1/4 cup of parsley
  • 1/2  organic cucumber
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1/2 – 1  banana depending on how sweet you like it.
  • 2 cups of water

Blend it all up in a Vita-Mix or powerful blender

Green Smoothies are energy in a glass! Incorporate them in your day and watch what happens!
